Andrew Jennison
Andy joined the Patterson-Schwartz team in the spring of 2001 as did his wife Christine. Prior to this he was an executive in the cable television industry, working in various states and Puerto Rico. Since beginning his real estate career he has consistently be a high volume producer receiving national awards in 2003 and 2005. In 2005-2006 he sold six Wilkinson Homes and is very familiar with strategies that will help his customers negotiate the successful contract when dealing in new construction. He holds licenses in Delaware and Pennsylvania specializing in northern New Castle county De. and southern Chester county Pa. His wife Christine is also a certified stager.
